I found this great workout plan created by Tony Horton (of P90X fame) and it only takes 10 minutes a day. There are five different 10 minute workouts and you can do more than 10 minutes if you have time, but if not you can just do the first one. I thought it would be perfect for new moms who need to get moving again, but don't have a lot of time...or energy, lol.
I've been doing it for about three weeks now and I can see a difference. I do just 10 minutes a day and I've lost weight, I can tell that my muscles are toning, and I have more energy.
