Kav Junior Member Join Date: 12-04-07 Posts: 26	I was told some time ago that when you take iron pills you should also have soemthing citric, it help the iron to desolve properly. I had to take iron pills when I was pregnant, I was not constipated though, I did have a lot of fibre in my diet.
