Working out at home is good if you are the type of person who can easily motivate yourself and is goal-oriented. It's good because you can build in your program around your chores throughout the day and ease the boredom of some of the repetitive exercises.

I however, much prefer working out at the gym because I'm more focused on my regimen for that hour or two that I'm there and just knowing that I'm burning my money is enough to get me burning calories.
