Hi,
I am now 5 months pregnant and i am not gaining weight .. my weight was 165lb in 3 month and in 5 month my weight is 166 lb i.e i gain only 1 lb.
Can any one suggest that what should i do ? or is my weight ok ???
I am in stress rite now .
Please advise..

It is ok, I am sure if it were something to worry about your doctor would tell you. I weighed 175 when I got pregnant the first time and only gained 12 pounds total. Those 12lbs were in the last month and a half too.

I wouldn't be concerned right now. Believe me there will come a time when you will be fussing about the weight you have gained. Everyone is different and as long as your doctor says the baby is fine I would not stress at all.

I wouldn't worry either unless your doctor has indicated it's something to be concerned about. I don't think I gained anything until 5 or 6 months with my first pregnancy.

I would not worry either, I didn't gain my weight during this pregnancy either. I remember how hard it was to take it off after my first child. My doctor said I'm right on track.

My doctor never has said one way or another about weight. I think it is wrong when they tell you to gain more or you have gained too much.

Thanks every one ..this replies really help me. i am worried about my weight but now i think i am relax , my doctors said my baby is fine and growing as normal baby growing..
