Alcohol

Last Saturday night I was at a party and I had some beer. It was before I took the pregnancy test, so I didn't know that I was pregnant. Do you think that just a few beers would harm the baby this early in my pregnancy?

I can't see where it caused any harm, but just don't drink while you're pregnant. Some studies said that an occasional drink, like wine, is possible, but I just never drank. Didn't want to take the chance.

You're drinking at 16? Chelsea darlin' your lifestyle is going to kill you. You're drinking and you're having unprotected sex. You do realize your party days have to be over now, don't you? There's more to think about now than just going out and having fun.

One should never consume alcohol or drugs while pregnancy, as these things can affect the unborn baby in different ways and then there will be nothing you can do to get over it.

hi, it is important to know in wich week you where on this day you drunk beer. I mean... usually to the 4.-5. week in pragnancy the baby is protected, becouse the baby is almost a cell and it feeds not even from you. after 5. - 6. weeks has form the navelcord and its connected to your bloodstream. however, gynekologe the more precise can say to you there, ask there. you undersstand it? and please, dont drink or smoke when you are pragnnancy. good luck

Alcohol (and/or other dangerous substances) and pregnancy should not go together, just like alcohol and driving don't go together.

I wouldn't be too concerned if I were you. I did the same with my oldest and she turned out fine. As soon as I found out I was pregnant I went to the doctor and he told me not to worry.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it at all. Many, many women drink before they find out that they are pregnant. It's what you do after you find out that counts.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. I was quite the party animal before I found out I was pregnant with my daughter and she's fine. There isn't anything we can do about what we did before we found out.

I drank before I knew I was pregnant and my child is significant affected with classic FAS disorders and physical deformities . 2-3drinks on weekends. I had a false negative test, unplanned pregnancy and irregular cycle. It's devastating and irreversible. Stop drinking now and it will make all the difference.
