What is an OK apgar score? I have kids but never knew if there scores were good or not. What would be a very low score also?

The Apgar tests your baby's reflexes at 2 minutes and 5 minutes after birth. They check the reactions to having the arms pulled up, knees pushed up, legs straightened out, feet tickled and something else. The highest score is nine.

Actually the maximum is ten-see here; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apgar_score

Really this isn't the most accurate of all things, but it does give an indication of any problems that may be occurring right then and there.
