Apple Quesadillas

My kids go crazy over these. Slice and core 1 apple of whatever variety you like. Warm a skillet and put 1 tortilla shell on bottom, then layer apple slices and cheese and top with another tortilla shell. Cook on each side for about 2-3 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove it from the pan and then slice it into wedges. Yummy!

Oooooh sounds delicious! I'm drooling now just reading that. I'm definitely going to try this evening as it's also due time for grocery shopping! TY!

This sounds delicious! I'm all over this one today when I get out of work. The kids always want a snack before dinner so this will be their treat for the day! Thanks for sharing this one. I hope it's as good as it sounds.

My kids wolf them down like no tomorrow. They think they are a treat and I feel good knowing they got something healthy. Let me know how you liked them.

I do not think I have ever thought to put fruits in a dilla before, at least not apple. I might need to give this a swing over the weekend and see how it works with the dilla maker we have now (love it).

Wow this sounds amazing. MY children will love it next weekend when they are home! Actually I may have to make them tonight for the wife and I just because we can!

I may have to give this a try! My little one goes crazy for turkey and cheese quesedillas. Seems to be her very favorite lunch item.
