I have ten lbs left to lose and I am working out and trying to eat right..... but I have this sugar addiction. I will eat good all day long and then right before I go to bed all I can think about is candy or chocolate or pizza. Sometimes I will eat some fruit to get rid of the sugar addiction but other times I scarf so much food. This has made it impossible to lose weight. I dont gain any weight but I also dont lose any

You need someone to make you feel terrible about eating that crap. Guilt trips and shame work the best!!!!!
