My baby was circumcised shortly after birth, the shaft of his penis is somewhat hidden in the fat pad which is normal after a circumcision and will 're-appear' when baby grows and loses the fat pad. My query is, there is a small cuff of skin over the head of the penis at the moment - will my son always have this or will he grow into it and eventually the head of the penis will be fully on show?

When my baby boy was circumcised he had the little fat pad around the head of the penis, but there was no cuff of skin over the it. When you looked at it the head of the penis was the only thing showing . the little fat pad did go away as he grew. I think you should take him back to the doctor and find out for sure because my baby boy's did not look like that.
