We recently bought one of these tandem strollers to haul around our 18 month old and 3.5 year old, and it is GREAT! It's easy to maneuver, fairly light for a cheaper stroller, and folds down pretty small. The back seat can be a proper stroller seat, or you can remove the seat to reveal a platform to stand on and a "jump seat" for the toddler.
