Baby Weight!

I have to lose 30 pounds of jiggly baby pooch. I have some post natal pilates stuff, but I am actually pretty lazy and anti excercise. Besides taking my Honey Muffin for walks, which he just sleeps through, I don't really go in for that.

So what is a lazy girl to do?

Well, I think thoses baby walks are going in the right direction. If you hate excercise then keep walking honey muffin. Its the best way for you.

I do an excercise, but it not hard. If you do it consistently, your tummy will start to go down. First you lay flat on your back, then you lift your head and feet about a inch off the surface. It's not as hard as it sounds.

I have one solution, DANCE. If you dance with your baby, to music you love, it doesn't feel like excercise. I also find baby loves it too.
