I can't see where it caused any harm, but just don't drink while you're pregnant. Some studies said that an occasional drink, like wine, is possible, but I just never drank. Didn't want to take the chance.

I drank heavily and did drugs, then I found out I was pregnant. I quit cold turkey. My son is perfect. Just be smart from here on out and chances of problems should be very slim.
