It seems like the final 5-10 pounds are the hardest to shed. Any tips out there? I know that people have said once you stop breast feeding that it comes of easier but I am wondering about exercise, any tried and true tips?
I have been doing a good deal of cardio to help get my blood flowing again, it seems that it makes me feel better than most anything else I have tried. And I am getting smaller its just taking a little more time as I ended up taking the past month off.
I purchased a machine not that long ago that works just about every muscle in your body to help better yourself. When I remember what it is called I will let you know, it cost about 200 bucks but then I found it online for like 90 after mine was already past refund date.

What has worked for me is watching what I eat, I do slip up at times, like yesterday, I had some chocolate, but for the most part, I try to eat more fruits and veggies, and avoid late eating as much as possible.

Eating healthy is really a big point. It is amazing if you watch what you eat how you will lose the pounds no problem. Also if you are eating healthier then you will be able to feed your children healthier as well.

I think exercise if key for those last few pounds. It seems like your body adjusts to a decreased food intake pretty quickly and wants to hold onto those last reserves.....kicking up the cardio should burn off the extra calories that are making those pounds sticky. Just 30 more minutes a day 5 days a week should really make a difference.
I would suggest eating more regularly, you would need to reduce your main meals to smaller portions so that you basically eat the same amount of food for the day but you do it in smaller portion, this should speed up your metabolism as far as I am aware.
