I'm in an argument over this one, so I'm going to post the question and see who's right. When should you babyproof your home? Should you do it before you ever bring the baby home from the hostpital, or do you not need to do that until the baby actually starts crawling around? Settle the bet please?

I would do it before you bring the baby home. You are going to be tired and getting use to a totally new life style. Do it yourself to be sure it's done correctly.

We babyproofed the house before the baby was born. We figured once he was here things would start getting hectic. And he'd be crawling around before we knew it. So, we just got it done when we still had all our time to ourselves.
