Did you have a big celebration and cake? We did. We gave my son a pieve about 5 inches in diameter, and suprisingly he devoured it all...and was awake the next 3 days.

Ours had moderate parties. We had a few friends and family over.

I can't wait to start doing birthday parties. I think that will be such fun with the twins.

nothing to big, just family for my little sis.

All my children's 1st B-day was a quiet get together with family and friends. The cake was the center piece until hand fulls of it was taken by both of the kids. That's a tradition!

My mother and sister planned the my children's first birthday. They both went over board, but they had fun doing it. I think the adults had more fun than the children did. The adults partied until the cows came home.
