Has your child picked up any bad habits? My daughter bites her nails all the time!! He fingernails are past her fingers. It drives me nuts. What habits does your child have?

Besides throwing her food at dinner, none yet, she's only 1 now so there is still time

Well, obviously, since we're just in the "trying" stage, I can't really tell about my kids bad habits. But my niece and nephew got in the habit of sucking their thumbs. Now, they're 8 and 10 and still trying to break the habit. From what I hear, they've pretty much gotten past it now, but it just shouldn't have taken this long. It has made me determined that it's a habit my kids WILL NOT get into.

My son would pull and rub his hair at his hair
line. After awhile he was starting to go bald in that area. Everytime we saw him go for his head, we'd imitate him. He stopped after awhile and his hair grew back.

My son use to play with the zipper on his pants. It usually meant that he had to go to the bathroom. At home that was no problem, but one time we were at a family resturant and he stands up in the booth and starts pulling his zipper up and down. There was a table of older ladies sitting next to us. One just starts laughing out loud and one says, as I am passing by to get him to the restroom, "I thought he was going to let loose all over the table!"

On the way back, I just leaned into the one lady and said, "When you gotta go, you gotta go."
