As a nursing mother of twins this has been invaluable. I would not have gotten by without one. It was so good for resting the twins on to nurse at the same time, both in the football hold. I even got to the point that I could lay them there myself after just a few weeks.

They come in handy for babysitters like me, when you have the little one in your arms and need a good neck pillow in a rocking chair. Wonder how much the inventor made for these, I don't know any parent right now that doesn't have one, or two. :)

And they even come with baby gyms over them now! That's how one of mine came. It's perfect for setting up a baby to sit in it, or supporting them for working on head control during tummy time.

I love my boppy, but I was disappointed with the huge price ticket attached to the covers. It is just a curved pillow case-it shouldn't cost the Earth.

I bought the fabric and my mother is sewing some for me, rather than paying that.

I have never seen any with little gyms, the closest I have seen to that a friend got one as a baby shower gift, it had a mat come with it you can attach little toys to, is that what you mean or the over the head kind?
