Was your child a scout? My son was. He made it up to Eagle. I am very proud of him. :)

I don't think I am going to do scouts with my son. I didn't like it so much.

My husband was a boyscout when he was a child. So we may try it for our children to see if they like it. My neice and nephew like it, so my kids might like it too. But that's a long ways off.

I did it for a while and didnt like it to much, my parents let me make the choice so my baby sister will get the same choice.

I was a Brownie and a Girl Scout. My son was a Boy Scout, but wasn't into camping all that much, so I didn't push it. My daughter was a Brownie, but believe it or not she hated selling cookies!...lol

Not only was my son a Boy Scout, I was a troop leader. I was so glad when he decided that he was finished with it. He earned a lot of badges though.
