What recommendations can you make for car seats? We will have two children at a time, but their ages will be anywhere from 0-5. There's no way to know what combinations of ages we'll have at any time.

The only recommendation I can make is never buy one used. I've seen them at garage sales before. It might seem like a bargain, but you really have no way of knowing if there was a recall on that carseat, or if it may have been involved in an accident at some point. Always buy new.

I can't really make a recommendation. We had a carseat til she was 1 and 1/2, then a booster seat til she was 4. She outgrew them so quick, we didn't know what to do.
