When I was pregnant with my second child I had the craziest dreams. They felt very real, and were rather disturbing when I woke up. In one dream I would take the baby out, (don't ask how, it was a dream!) look at it, and then feel really guilty for peeking and put the baby back. Just like opening your Christmas presents early! Did you have any crazy dreams?

Yes, but most of mine were scary. Things like having a dream that I was being chased through a house, up stairs that were slat stairs; no rise, and someone would reach through the gap and grab my ankles and start slashing at them.

But I also had some wonderful dreams, again very vivid, but beautiful too.

Do not worry- you guys are not the only ones at all! My mommy group that some of my friends and I have, have had this discussion many-a-times! I think it must have to do with the amount of changes of hormones at the time of pregnancy. Some of my friends actually realized they were pregnant the second and third times because of the dreams! They knew that once they started having the "crazy-pregnant-dreams", they must be pregnant! It is a strange happening though! Mine continued through breast-feeding with my first, but that may have been more stress-related than anything.

Thats really strange.But I had forgotten about that dream until you mentioned it. I also had a dream similar to that of taking the baby out and taking a look. Then worrying about getting it back in there...;) I always dreamed of the correct sex of the baby though.Did you?

Some of the dreams you guys had are pretty amusing, I know it may not have been at the time. I can't remember if I had any dreams while I was pregnant, I guess I will have to wait until the next time around.

Thats too cute about taking it out, feeling guilty, and putting it back. I've always believed most dreams are used to work out the issues we have during the day so that would fit right in. Another thing to worry about if we ever have kids.

When I was 7 months on the family way, I had this weird dream, in my dreams I was not pregnant and I was wearing a tight electric blue tube top and was jumping up and down in a trampoline. Lol :)
