Now that my kids are grown up and out of the house with kids of their own I have cats. They make a satisfying replacement since they do their business outside and don't have more than a couple small toys that can not break my toes.

So, pets or kids? I vote for pets!

Don't tell my son, but sometimes I secretly vote for pets too. hahahaaha
I have a dog to go with the boy though. They are a great combination. Well great until the dog ends up covered in paint. *giggle*
