I remember the board games that I played when I was a kid. Monopoly, Yahtze, Pokeno, Life, and there were so many others. I also learned the traditional card games like Old Maid, Go Fish and, War. When I got older I learned Rummy, Casino, Gin, Canasta and, Spades.
I taught my children most of those games. Much to my chagrin, my daughter has become a card shark when it comes to Canasta. She still can whip my butt. Are there games that you plated that you would like to teach your children to play? Do you think that you will have any luck with the games we played vs. the video games of today?
