Please go home I beg of you.
My husband got it, and of course he simply had to share with me. How generous of him.
Remind me again, what are you supposed to feed someone who can't keep anything down?
I think you should continue with liquids, water and juices. Chicken soup does wonders too. I hope you feel better soon, I know it's no fun being sick when your husband is sick as well.

You obviously still have your sense of humor. That puts you way above me when I get the flu. Plenty of clear liquids and rest is the usual prescription from the doctor. Otherwise you really just have to let it run it's course. Hope you feel better soon.
I hope he is feeling better by now and you too. It is really depressing sometimes when the men get sick and they are worst than the babies, so pitiful.
I would add crackers to that list. I try and find unsalted and they end up working good for me along with the many many fluids needed to stay hydrated. Today I have been sneezing like there is no tomorrow and really hoping that I am not coming down with something.
Once the sneezing start it's normally a sign of something going on in your body so you need to take something to fight against it. I normally use honey and lime, and it does a good job in fighting off the cold bug.
