I am asking for anyone that has used fertility clinics/spe******t to help our forums out a little bit. I can not post in regards to this, first hand experience that is, so I am asking for some help here.

How did you go about finding a clinic or doctor that you felt comfortable with?

I personally have not gone through this but my best friend has and is right now. I'm not sure how she found her infertility clinic but she has been seeing the docs there for 2+years. Last summer she tried her first IVF and it failed. Because the clinic had state funds available to low income families her cost was less than $2,000. My friend tried IVF the second time in November and now she is 3 months pregnant with twins! As far as the cost the second time around $5,000 with the clinic again kicking in some money. (Normally, the cost for IVF is anywhere from $10,000-$15,000.)
