I run around the house alot, between playing on the computer, taking care of the youngest, the house, the animals and the guy. :) Lucky we have a two story home, so the steps are great exercise for me. What do you do around your home that helps, if its not like watching some exercise deal on TV or anything. I'm talking home made workouts here people. Men as well as the ladies, don't think just since your the guy you wont put on afew pounds too. :D

I do curls with newborn babies - 2 year olds. Everytime I need a new weight set, I have another child :).
I never did anything other than walking my kids back and forth to elementary school, it wasn't far and it was something we all did together. I have since put in a couple pounds but Im not that worried, I am far past the age where I go out to pick up men anymore. :)

Right now I do "bucket exercises" as proscribed by my riding instructor as part of my get back in shape for riding program, lol. Sit on an upturned 5 gallon bucket or the toilet seat (lid closed) and focus on keeping your shoulders hips and heels in line as you get up and down. If you do ten each time you use the bathroom you can easily get in 100 or more a day. His best success story has lost ten pounds and went from a size 14 to a size 8 in jeans.
I also know I see tons about lifting detergent (over 8lbs/gal and a carry handle) or soup cans for resistance and toning. You can also focus on tightening, holding and releasing your abdominal muscles while sitting to help firm your tummy.
