The coupon forum I belong to everyone seems to use these and they are sold on Ebay all the time (even though they have the person's name on them) but how many people actually sign up for such things and don't just buy it at full price and wince?
I didn't know there was a place to get coupons for formula. With my three babies, I used WIC vouchers from my local Health Department. Of course, they didn't give enough for the whole month and we would go to walmart and buy a can of powder formula.

I think I used a few with my older kids. My youngest was totally breastfed though, so the coupons I got I successfully sold on eBay. Yeah! I was surprised to see how many people would pay $4.50 for a $5 coupon. I guess every little bit of savings is something though!
People buy these? Really? I guess it is cheaper than buying things full price. But that's just not right I think, why are you selling government help? If you don't need it don't ask for it.
Its not government help. These look like checks and are called that, but are actually manufacturer's coupons. They are for $5 or $10 off, etc. I don't think anybody advocates selling government vouchers, such as WIC, and I'm sure Ebay wouldn't allow it.

Ebay doesn't allow the selling of coupons, people dodge the rule by stating they are not selling the coupons, but instead selling their time to collect, list, and mail the coupons which themselves are free. Eventually they will not allow it I imagine.
