Well there is snow on the ground and I had to go out. I tried to take a short cut up a bank, and you guessed it, I fell on my pregnant butt. So I just came back from having a scan to make sure everything is ok.
So my advice this winter, don't take short cuts. Stick to paths, and if you fall, get checked out.

When I am about 5 months pregnant I also fell on the ground with my butt. Thanks GOD my baby is safe when I do have my ultrasound. It is also raining that day when I fell. Better not to go out when it is raining and slippery.
Babies in the womb are quite safe, but its always best to be checked out to be on the safe side. Good to hear the fall didn't hurt too much other than the bum. :)
Note on falling but not with child, I was about 3 weeks out of the hospital with my last child, went out to take a baby break and walk the dog. For some reason he thought it would be best to chase a squirrel, while on the leash with me. We both ended up in a ditch, the little rodent got away and I came in the house with dirt all over me, told husband baby break wasn't fun. :)

Alexis...lol That also happened to me. We have a baby Giant Schnauzer. I took her out and it has been very rainy here .Went up a hill where I always take her and going down she decided to run downb the hill. She weighs 35 lbs already. She pulled me so fast down the hill that I fell right on my butt in the mud! My butt bone still hurts after about 2 weeks. So if you are with child please do not attempt these feats.
