Do any of you out there have your own exercise machines at home or are you going to a local gym? I dont like the idea of working out with others around me and Im sure not many at the gyms will gawk or anything, but I would rather work out alone.

Working out at home is good if you are the type of person who can easily motivate yourself and is goal-oriented. It's good because you can build in your program around your chores throughout the day and ease the boredom of some of the repetitive exercises.
I however, much prefer working out at the gym because I'm more focused on my regimen for that hour or two that I'm there and just knowing that I'm burning my money is enough to get me burning calories.

I like to work out at home because I hate the thought of using machines that other people have sweated all over. It's just a really icky thought, so I have a bunch of stuff here instead.
