Alright, now I think I have seen everything. Milkscreen is a test strip that can be used to determine alcohol levels in breast milk, for the moms who figure now that their kids aren't inside them drinking is ok but know it will get into their breast milk. It is sensitive to alcohol amounts over 1.25mg/dl. Pricing is $10 for three or $20 for eight.
That being said the FAQs do have good sound advice and information for alcohol and breast feeding which is more than I expected.

That is indeed fairly silly. For a start the occasional drink whilst nursing isn't a bad thing. Only about 2% of the alcohol you consume gets into your milk, so simply being moderate and only having one or two drinks should be fine. Don't do it too often and you should be good.
But yes I think they can have a use because some mothers have maybe a wedding coming up. If they are really concerned about hurting baby, these could be useful. But I think they will just be an excuse to abuse alcohol when nursing.

Frankly, I would not put my child to the slightest risk by even having an occasional drink. I don't drink at all, so I guess it's really easy to avoid, but I really think if it can be avoided it should.
I have to agree it could lead to abuse, but such is how much of society acts these days. At least they can have a real idea instead of just guessing whether there is still alcohol in their milk.
