It's started. What can I do to help ease this some?

I can only tell you what I've heard works... saltines, ginger ale, or 7up. Give those a shot.

My mom said the same thing. I'm set with all that stuff for the next go round. Wish me luck!

Vernors Ginger al works wonders on tummy aches....I dont know if its available nationwide but IMO it works better than other brands out there. I'd rather drink it than take any pills

Eat smaller and more frequent meals. Keep crackers handy at all times. I used to keep a pack on my bedside table for late night sickness. Out of 3 I had it with all, I know how much fun it is. (sarcasm)

Ginger in general (not just the ale) has worked for many, try some ginger snaps! Crackers have always worked best for me. Try not to over work yourself too, that leads to extra sickness - I found out the hard way.

Does everyone get morning sickness? When does it start? Is this going to last the whole time?

Everyone always said saltines to me, but I can't stand them. clueless, not everyone gets morning sickness. My daughter never had it once. She DID have persistent indigestion until my grandbaby was born.

I had horrible morning sickness for about 2 months. Seemed like nothing helped except sleeping all day.

Yes, I have always had to deal with ginger and the crackers - my blessing when I felt that ick. Good luck!!
