I am sure this topic has been discussed, but I don't see any recent threads. I have heard of natural remedies for morning sickness, rather than getting prescriptions from physicians. Ginger? Maybe? Does anyone have recommendations on what they've found helpful?

Ginger helps many, but it never helped me. I always stuck with nibbling on some crackers to keep my stomach from getting too much acid in it.

Have to giggle at this one. I think I ate enough graham crackers to make Keebler go up a few points on the stock exchange! The problem is, I would like to be able to take something so that it would at least keep the edge off. I'd heard about a combination of B vitamins too-- anyone heard of this?
