Did you guys tried to combine your name and your hubby's name to create a name for your baby? I am a product of that idea. My mom and decided to combine their names to create mine. Fortunately I like my name. :D

This is a common thing in naming children. Combination of names is ok as long as the sound of the name is not embarrassing when the child is growing older.
