I started making this for my son because he often decides eating isn't something that is worth his while.

It's not really much of a shake. It's just a big spoonful of peanut butter, about a cup and a half of milk (I really just pour until it looks right) and a couple handfuls of ice. Blend. He sucks it down.

You might mess with the measurements because I never really measured and suit to taste. I would not recommend this for a child under 2 because peanuts are highly allergenic.
