I'm not sure if this was already discussed everywhere on the forums, but how many of you have played video games with your kids on a regular basis?
I played a lot in strategy games, such as Starcraft and the like...but they usually beat me :(
Anyway, I have a lot of fun with that regardless.
How about the rest of you crazy parents?

This is great! Some good friends of ours got a Wii for Christmas and the kids and dad get to play together for 30 minutes before bed each night.
I think it is a great way to spend some time together but not for hours on end.

Good to hear that i'm not the only parent that is into playing some games with the kids
:)
Gaming is great fun for the whole family, but we sadly do not have a Wii system yet :(
Hopefully soon!

No, but my girls are still young and uninterested. I'm not fully opposed to video games, but I want to hold off on them as long as possible.

I never played video games at all as a kid unless I was at a friends house. We got a game system a couple years ago and play occasionally on the weekends. We do play with our nieces when we have time (they bring their own games, lol) but I don't think I missed out not playing when I was little. I always thought a video game was a excuse to not have to really play with your kids. Although the Wii changes the thinking on that too.

I don't really do so well with the video games so I leave that up to the Daddy of the house. I end up getting mad and throwing the controller down when I lose. :)

Although I did not have too much free time tonight, I still found some time to play video games with the kids this evening. Only about an half an hour or so, but I still think we all enjoyed it anyway!
Actually, I suggest you all spend time for games if you can! :)
