Have you ever "oohed" and "ahhed" over a baby that in reality you thought was one of the ugliest infants you'd ever seen in your life? That happened to me a while back. A family friend asked us to come over and see the new baby. I've always heard "all babies are cute", well that's just not true. Only in a mother's eyes I guess.

Oh I do that all the time. No reason to hurt a moms feelings. Just ooh and aah and noone gets hurt. Besides, a baby is precious just for being a baby.

HAHAHAHAHA! Poor kids, they were all smushed up in a womb, then squished out a narrow tunnel, and then we can't even coo over them without thinking "dear GAWD this is an ugly baby" in the back of our heads.
