My birth wasn't exactly recent but I am still having issues with vaginal scarring. My midwife is talking about minor surgery to correct it-but how effective does that tend to be?

No issues yet as I still haven't healed. I didn't have an episiotomy but I did tear a little.

I have a friend who had to have scar tissue remodelled, and it worked out well. She is ok now, no pain and tightness.
