I am going crazy with my seasonal allergies right now: some tree that is blooming is bothering me. It's also bothering my son. I use my neti pot to keep clear, but he's boogery, especially in the morning. Anything natural I can do for him?

A humidifier in the bedroom helps me a little, though that won't be a problem come summer. There isn't really anything natural that I can think of off the top of my head other than aromatherapy oils in the room to try and keep him clear. In summer you can have air con going to keep out some of the pollen.
