Now HERE'S something I really wished my son would like that he didn't. Baby slings! He freaked whenever I tried to use one, but how brilliant would that have been? He could have nursed in public and almost complete privacy! It would have saved my back a ton of trouble for sure, and made it so his dad could carry him (yeah right, like there wouldn't have been more excuses anyway). lol

Did/do you wear a sling? Did your baby like it right away or was it something that had to be worked with? What style sling did you use?

I did attempt to use a sling with my son, but then I quickly learned, it was a mess trying to get him out of it when he would fall asleep. It did help when he wanted held when I was doing my cleaning around the house, but after about a dozen times fighting to get him out of it, I gave up. I never used one with my daughter, and I don't think I ever will. I do however, see the point in using it out and about for breastfeeding, I think that is mainly what they should be used for, and nothing more - too complicated! :)
