My daughter is just about 8 months and just now starting get interested in crawling. For the past 2 weeks she has been scooting backwards on her tummy and she looks like she is doing push-ups sometimes. She has never really enjoyed being on her tummy so I think that is why is has taken her so long to start crawling. She was always more determined to sit up first. She started sitting on her own at 5 months.
