How do you guys manage your stretch marks? I want it gone after giving birth for we are planning to have a family swimming on the Holy Week. :) I want my stretch marks gone. If possible I want it the natural way. :)

I have not done anything with mine, they are just there getting smaller each day. In the past I have used cocoa butter lotion, I didn't see any difference.

Well I don't blame you for not wanting them. I have them now after giving birth 4 times. I did nothing though to prevent them .I really didn't think any product would work. It would depend on how elastic yor skin is and how much weight you gain how much or severe they would be. Even gaing a lot of weight outside of pregnancy will give you stretch marks. They have several products out if you would like to try.:o

Stretch marks!? What stretch marks? I choose to call them battle scars. And with the amount I have, it must have been one big battle. I ignore them. Most people will get them (some of us more than others) and the key is acceptance. They will fade to white over time, but there has yet to be a product that can cure them. I've heard good things about Vitamin E though.

I wonder for my lady, is there any way you can try to prevent getting stretch marks. And also does the skin always go back to the same elasticity?

I don't mind getting some stretch marks but I'd like to minimize them if I can. I barely have a little baby bump right now but I'm sure that will change soon. My friend told me that lotioning her belly every day with a good quality lotion helped keep her stomach skin nice and supple. I've been doing that religiously since she told me but would love to hear other tips from those who have been there and done that.

Battlescars are a good answer too. I never got many with my first, but I got a few little ones with my second. I have more scars from not having children (when I was a teen and grew) than with them though, really weird.
