My son, has an almost 3 month old son, and he's been suspended from work for 6 months. I'm paying for his gas to get back and forth to my house, but he's not looking for work. Just letting his babies mama work and spending his day screwing around my house.

I have to admit I'm being a little selfish enjoying my grandbabies presence, but I'm getting really upset with his dad. He really should be finding a job.

How do you tell your kid to go away and find work, and lose the daily visitation of your grandbaby because they live too far away to visit every day if he's being responsible?

Tell him to get a real haircut, get a real job, and move closer of course! Its great that you are willing to help out, many dont want to be bothered after their children are raised to help with anymore.

I'm went through the same thing your son went through - being a lazy bum and not finding a job and relying on E. I. to pay for everything. Fortunately I was able to get into college though because I did get through high school.

So my family was nice enough to let me move back in while I go to school. When I'm done class, I pick up my son and go back home and spend time with him.
