If you had the chance to go back and do your first pregnancy all over again knowing what you know now, what would be some things you'd stock up on this time around that you didn't think of the first time? Stuff you needed when you brought the baby home that didn't occur to you and sent you scrambling to the store. Help me learn from your mistakes.

That's easy....diaper pins! I had a diaper service for a year that was given to me as a gift. I had 3 sets of pins....big mistake! I was always losing them, the cheaper made ones would break, or they would get dull and then you couldn't push them through the cloth. So, if I had to do it all over again, I would buy diaper pins and plenty of them.

We'll probably just end up using disposable diapers. I know... not very environmentally friendly, but we've got twins coming so I think "easy" is going to win this argument. Is there anything else you can think of that I should stock up on?
Diaper Genie, more diapers, less burp clothes, more blankets (work better than tiny clothes for burping), more wipes, more Tylenol. I think that about covers it. :) What do you have so far, maybe we can help fill your list.
More wipes & diapers, and more different sizes of clothes comes to mind first.
When my son was born, we had an idea of what size he would be, but he has put on the pounds quicker as each week passes, so we are going through many different sizes right now. :)
I think trying to catch up on as much sleep as possible would be good too.
