It's quite a shocking and stark change when our babies get a bit older. All of a sudden they seem to go from eating you out of house and home, to suddenly eating just a few bites per meal.

And yet they are still full of energy, and everyone tells you that this is normal! One cannot help but panic :D

Did anyone else freak a little when this stage hit?

I am almost freaking out myself, my baby is at that stage too, he has so much energy and I don't feed him sweets, hopefully it will soon pass.

Give it another sixteen years and they may start to calm down. Don't expect anything else before then, other than an increase in appetite. Sorry!

Right now my girl is getting over her first cold. It freaked me out a little bit, but oddly her appetite never really went away.
