I want to start feeding yogurt to my baby. He has ezcema so I have been holding off for a while. Generally speaking though, at what age do you start them on the yogurt we eat?

I don't know if there is any difference between the adult and baby yogurt, I have never tried the baby yogurt myself, but I don't think it would do any harm, if you see negative results, just stop.

My pediatrician told me we could start yogurt at 9 months. But I don't think we actually started until 1 yr., when we started switching over from formula to whole milk. I love the Stonyfield YoBaby Organic and my son loves it as well.

My son is 20 months and he just loves yogurt, he can't seem to get enough of it. I sometimes have to hide it from him. I use it as a substitute for ice cream so far.
