I can't remember everything expect for, the back labor started at 6am got to the hospital around 8 or 9 am checked in and was checked by the nurses at 9:30 and was at 2cm i walked for about 20 or 30 mins and was checked again and was at 4cm. i got a enema and sat in the whirlpool tub and went from a 4 to a 8 in about 45mins. the doctor was finally called around 1pm and i started pushing at 1:30pm.
the time between the walking and pool might be off because I can remember laying down a lot resting. back labor was a real pain in the back and ***.
I can also remember when I was at 8cm my contractions were on top of each other.
I had all back labor and no pain meds also no help with dilation. they had to use the suction cup on my son. my tail bone was also bruised.
