Over the years my attention has ben brought to the feeling of my body, kind of like, what is my health in real-time?
We'll recently I was looking for cheap simple addition to my diet and I had the desire to go to publix and get a bag of raw peanuts(3.50) and boil them(use sea salt).
This makes about 6-7 servings.
Well anyway! one solid serving (20 peanuts) will take my tired feeling mind and throw it into peak-out mode for about 2 hours. This I noticed. Now I buy a bag every week.
So promotion is: boiled peanuts = great pick me up / brain food.
