Child Sleep

I know how much sleep my child SHOULD be getting. Yet, despite having a strict bedtime routine, strict bedtimes and her having sleep time available-she won't sleep, waking up several times through the night. She's three, not a baby.

How can I get her to sleep better?

Maybe change her routine. Earlier dinner and lighter. Quiet time after dinner before bedtime and fewer liquids after dinner. Especially the glass of water before bedtime. You have to quiet her whole body. It's like yours, if something is left undone, you just won't sleep.
