Crib Set-up, PHD required

I was watching a mother put together her kids travel crib at the park the other day ans was appalled by how long it took and how complex it was. And the whole time she had to keep an eye on her toddler who was in a stroller. In all the years we've been updating technology they still haven't made a truly easy assemble crib?

Our crib was easy to assemble. It was a 5 in 1 convertible, crib, toddler bed, love seat, full sized bed frame, and I forget what else.

I am curious though why she had a travel crib out at the park.

I see lots of new mothers, especially those with multiple children with the travel play yard/crib things at the park. They tend to use them like a kennel for children instead of having enough adults to watch each child individually. I agree though they have gotten rather elaborate, but that comes with the convenience of the foldable/convertible crib. And I'd imagine they get easier to set up after a couple tries.
