Idee Cute baby

Some parents are proud to have a fat baby. They always think that it is healthy. What they didn’t know is that they are taking the chances of this baby to live a normal life when it grows up. Some obese people started when they are still a baby. Growing up as man, they are having trouble to get rid of the unwanted fats. As they become older, they are more prone to sickness.

There is a difference between a newborn who is still chubby and an obese one. Baby mammals are rounder than adults and thats just the way it is to some degree. This is why its important to keep up with doctor visits to know the difference between cute and obese.

I completely disagree with you, Mybaby. Have you actually seen any medical studies that show a correlation between the weight of a baby and that of an obese adult? You really don't need to start "worrying" about how fat your baby is until after the age of 2. By then most kids have slimmed down and don't have as much of the baby "fat."

I agree with Misty that most baby will slim out. As long as they are eating healthy (for the most part) and have some sort of exercise (whether it be an activity, etc).

It's true that most babies thin out as they grow and become active. I've lived in Chile, South America for 28 years and they think fat babies are healthier so they add sugar and corn starch to their baby's formula. Babies are really fat, but they aren't healthy at all.
