Dance Dance Revolution
When I had my son it was before the Wii was out and I lost all my weight by playing Dance Dance Revolution. With my last baby I used a combination of Wii games.

We use a lot of wii games too to get in shape. I like the Biggest Loser and EA Active. Those are the 2 that beat me up the most. I also love the Wii fit games.

The new WiiFit plus is fabulous! Before we bought it I did very little exercise but I adore the cycling using the balance board. I am always out of breath afterwards and I have lost weight so I imagine this would be ideal for losing baby weight.
